Thursday, January 1, 2009 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Haha!! Once again another year had passed, time really flies so fast indeed. Yesterday went to Marina Bay to countdown with my school I-Guide people. But before we enter, there's a security check on bags. Those who has water bottles must drink finish the water. If those plastic bottles can be purchased outside like Ice Mountain bottle will be confiscated. Fierce sia! And if we are thirsty, we can buy one small cup of coke for $2!!! So expensive sia!!! Lol!! After the check, we went in for free, but in the end didn't get to sit. Instead, we were standing in front of the stage to see the LIVE performance. There were alot of people at Marina Bay, I think at least a 1000. Yup!!! Then we saw our senior Hady Mirza, Taufik and Michelle Chia in front of us. LOL!!! Some of us went HIGH after seeing these MediaCorp artiste. Yup!!! And we were cheering and cheering and cheering nothing else! But never mind, its a LIVE telecast for Channel 5, and I-Guides were on TV!!! Haha!!! But I'm too tired for the early morning class, no strength to go rar rar...so all I did was avoiding the cameras. Haha...then got Gurmit Singh, Fiona Xie, Tay Ping Hui etc etc. There's some bands performing also. All English songs I don't really understand. Haha...some of us were grumbling, why not Vivo!! I want to see Felicia Chin...T-T Lol...at least Vivo Chinese songs we can understand. Haha... Anyway, it was my first time standing in front of the stage watching these live performances.
